We are currently seeking an excellent Domiciliary Home Care Assistants to join our team at Hollins Hall Home Care in Harrogate.

Job details:
– Full-time.
– Part-time.
– Days shift available.
– Nights shift available.

Qualifications:
– UK Driving License (Required).
– GCSE or equivalent (Preferred).
– Two years’ experience (Preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided).
– NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (Preferred, but not essential as training will be provided).

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a home carer you will:
– Support our clients in all aspects of their daily living.
– Ensure our home carers are conducting themselves in a client-centred and professional way.
– Provide support for our other care-team colleagues.
– Develop effective working relationships with our other working team members on site, as well as the independent residents living at Hollins Hall.
– Assist in the development of our philosophy, goals and objectives in a caring function.

Requirements:
– Candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK.
– Be compassionate and understanding to our client’s care needs.
– A thorough understanding of the Care Act and the CQC’s Essential Standards (although training will be provided).
– Flexibility in scheduling the role will require working alternate weekends.
